  1. Remove the mouthpiece/top cap.
  2. Open the plug on the side of pod and fill the pod with your preferred e-liquid.
  3. Reattach the mouthpiece securely.
  4. If using a brand-new pod, wait around 10 minutes before vaping to allow the coil to fully saturate.

All orders placed and packed before 2pm are sent via next day delivery.

What's the returns policy?

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • Orders made before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
  • All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
  • We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
  • Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
  • Orders over £35.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders under £35.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement.

Returns

Returns must be complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), We can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for return.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Please note:

Refunds on cancellations are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging.

Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product.

A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, you have within 14 days of receiving your order. Please find our online cancellation for here.

Returns for cancellations are at the cost of the customer (£4.99), we can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for the return of the order.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.
It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. 
If deemed to be faulty, a refund to the payment method used, a replacement device, or alternative will be offered to you.

What devices are the XLIM V3 pods compatible with?

The XLIM V3 Top Fill pods work with most devices in the XLIM series (e.g. XLIM Pro, XLIM SE 2, XLIM SQ Pro, XLIM Go) — though not compatible with the XLIM C.

How much e-liquid do they hold and how do I refill?

Each pod has a 2 ml capacity, and uses a top-fill design (i.e., you fill from the top, often without removing the pod).
This design helps reduce leaks and makes refills easier + cleaner.

What coil resistances are available, and how do they affect performance?

The V3 pods come in 0.4 Ω, 0.6 Ω, 0.8 Ω, and 1.2 Ω resistance options.
0.4 Ω → best for direct lung (DL) style vaping (higher wattage)
0.6 Ω / 0.8 Ω → more middle ground (restricted DL / loose MTL)
1.2 Ω → better suited for mouth-to-lung (MTL) style or nic salts

How often should I replace the pod/coils?

That depends on your usage, wattage, and e-liquid type. In general, you’ll notice diminished flavour, burnt notes or dry hits when your pod is due a change.
Many users replace pods every 1–2 weeks (or earlier if you vape heavily). Keep an eye (or nose) on flavour fatigue — that’s your cue.

Can I use both nic salts and freebase e-liquids with the XLIM V3 pods?

Yes — these pods support both nicotine salts and freebase liquid types.
Just ensure you pick the right resistance and wick properly (let it sit a minute after filling) to avoid dry hits.
